Because every order is made to your design, refunds are limited to eligible quality or delivery issues.

1. Eligible cases

  • Item arrived damaged.
  • Manufacturing or print quality defect.
  • Wrong item received.

2. Non-eligible cases

  • Change of mind after production starts.
  • Design choices approved by the buyer.
  • Delays caused by customs, carrier, or incorrect address.

3. Request window

Submit requests within 14 days of delivery, including order ID and clear photos of the issue.

4. Resolution

After review, we may offer a replacement, partial refund, or full refund depending on the issue.
